Hunterdon Hills Plaza is a family-owned and operated business. Our complex is managed and maintained to be one of the Premier Commercial Real Estate Properties in Hunterdon County. There is on-site property management with our offices very accessible to current and prospective Tenants. With backgrounds in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Accounting, and Project Management we work closely with new Tenants to understand your business, structure competitive lease packages, and assist with your fit-up as needed. With current Tenants we proactively manage existing leases, maintain our buildings and grounds, and cultivate close working relationships.
